As my family knows, I love eating (Eatr Austin) as much as I adore jewelry. For Father’s Day, I created a little dessert parfait of crushed lemon shortbread cookies, dulce de leche gelato and freshly frozen raspberries to cap off a traditional bagels and lox brunch. My mom, whom I credit for my jewelry habit, saw “rubies and opals” in this palette, and I couldn’t agree more with her insightful comment.
