These rich colors have me dreaming about my fall clothes and accessories palette. Set off by the continuing SillyBandz craze and having no impetus to invest in traditional pieces, I’ve been seeking out and making projects that are as inexpensive as they come. Here are 3 to try out yourself:
Try mixing DIY decoupage paper earrings (instructions here, and they really are that easy) with Elsa Peretti Diamonds by the Yard. It will cost you $5 for a small container of Modge Podge, a few cents for the earring fasteners, and you likely have magazines, a brush and card stock lying around already.
